Abstract
In order to further unify the both software and hardware keyboard layout of various systems in Uyghur, Kazak, Kirgiz, on the basis of the traditional keyboard standard, via great number of discussion and analysis reformulated the new layout principles in accordance with GB12510-90 and new PC keyboard layout, digital keyboard layout, in addition to the new standard keyboard layout of various embedded software and hardware This article presents the new formulation of the keyboard layout , and its validity is further veri¯ed by examples. It will play an important role in promoting the development of Xinjiang minority information science.
